Flow Designer November 2022 Update
I'm excited to announce the latest Flow Designer update, which includes several new features and improvements.
Here's a quick summary of what's new:
- Delete Multiple Records step: You can now delete multiple records in a single step. This is a great way to clean up your data or delete records that are no longer needed.
- Use the Flows tab on the Flow Designer landing page to delete flows: You can now delete flows directly from the Flow Designer landing page. This makes it easier to manage your flows and keep your workspace organized.
- In flow designer using a Create Record action to create a record and then within the same flow using an Update: You can now use the Create Record action to create a record and then immediately update it with the Update Record action. This is a great way to create and update records in a single flow.
- How do we cancel an executing Flow Context any table when a particular condition is met: You can now cancel an executing flow context when a particular condition is met. This is a great way to prevent flows from running unnecessarily or to handle errors.
- Normally Flows do not need to be manually stopped or canceled as theyll execute and eventually reach the Flow: Flows will now automatically stop and cancel if they reach a certain number of executions. This helps to prevent flows from running indefinitely and consuming resources.
- Update/Delete Multiple Records step: The Update/Delete Multiple Records step has been updated to support deleting multiple records. This makes it easier to delete records that meet certain criteria.
- In this post Ill spend some time exploring Flow Designer in more detail Instead of trying to look at..: I've updated the Flow Designer documentation to provide more detailed information about how to use the product.
I'm excited to see how you use these new features to improve your flows. If you have any questions or feedback, please don't hesitate to reach out.
